Our deposit methods are Neteller, FedEx, Express Money Transfer, Bank Wires or Credit Card, Check Cards, Debit Cards and Gift Cards. Incoming bank wires and check deposits are processed Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. EST. All transactions online are processed through secure servers.

Please Note: Invalid funds = invalid wagers. Chargebacks, NSF's or otherwise non-valid deposits will lead to any winnings produced from the related deposit to be forfeited.

TRANSFER POLICY
In house transfers between two BetJamaica accounts can be processed as long as the sender does not have outstanding credit card deposit(s) that need to be refunded.

Sportsbook transfers are accepted on a limited basis from certain sportbooks. Minimum transfer amount is $500. You may be required to wait until funds have cleared from the sending establishment before the money is available in your account.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Withdrawal methods accounts are eligible for one free withdrawal per month - your choice of Transfer Neteller (non-US), FedEx or Cashiers Check. If the one free withdrawal is exceeded or the request is for less than $200 the fees will be as follows; Cashiers Check is $35, Bank Wires are $25 each and NETeller is $15..

Transfer fees will be revoked if a withdrawal is made within the 72 hours of deposit fees being reimbursed. Transfer fees will not be picked up on incoming deposits if a withdrawal has been made within the previous seven days. (If an account is shown to be making excessive deposits and withdrawals over short periods of time, reimbursement of transfer fees for the account will be discontinued).

Additional documentation may be required (ie. photo identification, copy of bill, credit card authorization form etc.) before a withdrawal is processed.

In house transfers between two BetJamaica accounts can be processed as long as the sender does not have outstanding deposit(s) that need to be refunded.

Withdrawals cannot be made on the same calendar day as they were originally deposited.

Maximum Transfer Card withdrawal per day is one.

For security purposes, all withdrawal requests must be accompanied by a valid contact phone number.
